Billing questions
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active team member every month. For example, 5 users on Growth costs 5 × $20 = $100/month. Deactivated staff and removed users are never charged.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Every new organisation gets 14 days of the Growth plan free, no card required. You can add payment details at any time during the trial and you won't be charged until it ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and full access is restored.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (with a prorated charge), downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is GST included?
Prices are in Australian dollars. Applicable GST is shown on your Stripe invoice at checkout.
